"Public Wholesale" vehicles may have branded titles such as a prior salvage title, flood damage title, rebuilt or reconstructed title or have been identified as a lemon and/or manufacturer buy back. Odometers on "Public Wholesale vehicles cannot be guaranteed as accurate as they may have been tampered with or damaged prior to their arrival at Schomp Automotive. The customer assumes responsibility for all costs for any repairs and inspections needed for this vehicle. The customer understands that Schomp is not responsible or obligated to make any repairs to "Public Wholesale" vehicles. Any and all agreements must be in writing and no oral agreements will be honored. This vehicle has passed a basic inspection by Schomp Automotive and the customer understands this vehicle is being purchased "As-Is" with No warranties. If the vehicle qualifies, warranties may be available for purchase from our finance department.
The customer understands they have three (3) business days with a maximum of 150 miles to return this vehicle for a full refund.
